    Great goals. I need to eat more vegetables than fruits, as I don’t like as many as the former. Plus I recently learned (in the past year) that certain fruits really aren’t that great for you because of the natural sugars like bananas and grapes ,so I don’t eat those anymore.

    I never thought to drink lukewarm water. I love hot tea, and I love ice cold water — but I’ll give lukewarm water a try this week πŸ™‚

    Great blog. Sleep is definitely one of my hobby. As for fruits, I am very selective on what fruit goes into my mouth! πŸ™‚
